Surprise Party Birthday Princess Photo Shoot

Brittany's parents asked me to take Brittany's portraits with her homecoming princess dress to derail her until the surprise. Well, it worked perfectly.  We had a lot of fun shooting and she never guessed or had a clue 50 of her friends were waiting to surprise her at Woodbridge Golf and Country Club. Here are a few of my favorites:

Ashley Tassano Senior Portraits

What a beautiful spring day it was for Ashley's photo shoot last week-end. She had been talking about having me do her photos for awhile now. What a charming, sweet and yet very serious at times high school senior. As you can see in the photos Ashley has a lot of interests, so I tried to capture her love for cooking and softball too. Her beautiful blue eyes take your breath away as she smiles at the camera. We had a fun time with a few helpers (Kim and Danae...you're the best) which helped make Ashley laugh and enjoy her day. She started off the day by having a make up artist do her make up. After the shoot we relaxed at Snow White for a yummy hot dog and fries. Ashley admitted she was a little tired...well, we all were. She was a joy to work with and shoot images...she's a beauty. I hope you enjoy!

Senior Portraits Season is here...

I am so excited for this spring to have seniors lined up to do their senior photos.  I love working with seniors and making them feel special along with having lots of fun.  The photo shoot is all based on who they are - personality, hobbies and style. I can help them with ideas for a theme, hair, makeup and props but it's all about capturing their beauty inside and out.  So do you have a favorite here?  Here are a few of my favs....

San Francisco Short Get-Away

coming to an event near you maybe?

After a long week of Treasures of Christmas and all that entails, I like to do something fun and relaxing.  My friend, Kim got me away for a day.  I really tried to get out of it and get somethings accomplished at home - it's a disaster after Treasures - and take yet another nap.  Good thing for friends who know what I need.  Here are just a few images of our short adventure.
Oh, I want to go back and have lunch here.

so I'm a hopeful romanic at heart...

Youth is our future....

Here is a glimpse of my photo shoot with a few High School kids from church.  It was taken for an upcoming project I am working on.  It was a beautiful windy day in downtown Lodi but that didn't stop us.  It's the best location to shoot...just love how the fall leaves expressed themselves.  These kids were great to work with and aren't they adorable.

I have my favorite...which one is yours?
